These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of legal services offered by FirmLaw Partners at firmlawteam.com. By engaging with our Services or accessing our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

FirmLaw Partners provides legal services for businesses, informational products, and tangible items related to legal practice. This document outlines separate policies for each category.

2. Services

Our legal practice services (the 'Services') include but are not limited to corporate setup advice, contract drafting, compliance review, and dispute resolution. Fees for Services are set forth in individual engagement letters.

3. Informational Products

Informational products (the 'Products') include e-guides, templates, and webinars. Access to Products is granted upon full payment of the applicable fee.

4. Tangible Goods

Tangible goods (the 'Goods') consist of printed materials and legal templates delivered in physical form.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due as specified in the engagement letter, product description, or order confirmation. Payment must be made via the methods detailed at firmlawteam.com. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services or revocation of access to Products.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Legal Services

Requests for cancelation of legal Services must be submitted at least 48 hours before scheduled commencement. Upon timely cancelation, any fees paid for Services not rendered will berecovered within 14 days. Should you wish to reschedule, please contact us via the Contact Form. If an engagement letter specifies that work has begun, fees for work performed are not refundable. We will provide you with an itemized account of services rendered.

6.2 Informational Products

Informational Products may berecovered for a refund within 7 days of date of access, provided no downloads or uses have occurred. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of a valid request. Reissue or transfer of access in lieu of refund may be accommodated at our discretion.

6.3 Tangible Goods

Goods may berecovered in unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.recovery shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt and inspection of therecovered item.

6.4 Non-Refundable Engagements

Certain Services that involve expedited filings, court appearances, or third-party payments are explicitly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to same-day filings and court representation. Fees for these Services cover non-recoverable costs and professional time committed on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by FirmLaw Partners remain our property. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FirmLaw Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from our Services, Products, or Goods.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bern.
